We collect only the information we need. We will not ask for information that is unnecessary for the provision of our services.

How we collect it

• Directly from you when you make a booking enquiry, complete our online contact or booking form, visit our showroom, or speak with us by telephone
• Through fitting records created during your appointment
• Through payment processing at the time of hire or purchase

• From third parties, such as a wedding planner or event coordinator who makes a group booking enquiry on your behalf — in this case, we will handle your information in accordance with this policy

• Contact you regarding your booking — including reminders, collection details, and return instructions

Disclosure of your information

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that any inaccurate information be corrected. To make such a request, please contact us using the details in Section 9.
